The content available through the Service, including but not limited to stories, articles, and any other textual or multimedia content, is generated by artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms developed and owned by Toronga LLC. Users acknowledge and understand that the content provided within the Service is AI-generated and may not necessarily reflect human-generated content.
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of digital content on the FeFyFo mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by Toronga LLC ("Toronga"). By purchasing digital content through the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Users of the App may purchase additional stories via in-app purchases or by subscribing to monthly plans offered by FeFyFo.
The digital content available for purchase through the App includes personalized stories created by FeFyFo. Users understand and acknowledge that the digital content is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold.
If a User is unsatisfied with the digital content (personalized story) purchased through the App, Toronga LLC will provide an additional credit to create another story. This satisfaction guarantee is subject to the terms outlined herein.
If a User wishes to request a refund for a purchase made through the App, they must email contact@fefyfo.com within 3 days of the purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund requests received after the 3-day period will not be honored.
Toronga LLC and FeFyFo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the digital content purchased through the App.
Toronga LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

While every effort is made to ensure the quality and accuracy of the content, users understand that the stories are AI-generated and may not reflect human-created narratives.
By making a purchase through the FeFyFo mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
